Meet Keyona Gayles, APRN-FPA, MSN, NP-C
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 17 years of healthcare experience. I began my career as a registered nurse and have practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2019. My clinical background includes primary care, internal medicine, chronic disease management, weight management, women’s wellness, functional medicine, hormone optimization, and lab interpretation.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and my Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Governors State University.
I founded Elevated Health & Wellness to provide thoughtful, personalized, and accessible care for patients who want a deeper understanding of their symptoms, labs, hormones, metabolism, and overall health. My approach is lab-driven, individualized, and focused on helping patients understand what is happening in their bodies rather than simply treating isolated symptoms.
